Stress Management for       Students through                  Mindfulness

The aim of this course is to provide Students with some skills to self-regulate their emotions when it comes to challenging situations.

Helping them to connect to their inner strengths by empowering self reflective behaviour.

                                   How do we do this?

By teaching Students positive attention through body and breath awareness.

Breathing Skills to de-stress and calm the body and mind physically and mentally.

Using tool of mindfulness to decrease stress and increase a more joyful outlook on life.
