In times were many young people experiencing a lot of pressure to keep up with the goals and achievements we as a society have set, there is a lot of mental struggle within that thriving.

Anxiety and low self-esteem are a few amongst the mental down sides that a lot of young adults dealing with.

How can Mindfulness help?

Mindfulness can help by learning how the mind works, that there is a choice in how we are dealing with everyday challenges.

By noticing the thoughts and the storyline that goes with them, we can learn how to skilfully respond rather then reacting automatically.

The skills the students learn will have many benefits;

Clearer Focus; Calmer and more joyful outlook; Increasing Self-confidence and many more.
