Mindfulness Introduction course

The Introduction course can be tailored to any specific group or individuals with little or no knowledge of mindfulness.

It will give you a full overview of the skills and understanding in order to practise these helpful tools in your own life.

The course will usually run for 5 weeks, 1.5 hours each Session.

​

I also offer Day Retreats

This day will give participants the opportunity to be with themselves without the everyday tasks. It gives a chance to deepen the practise and nurturing body and mind to re-gain strengths and balance for everyday challenges.

The days will be in silence which is wonderfully nourishing (not only for the throat!)

You will be guided through sitting and walking meditation as well as gentle mindfulness movement.

To de-mystify a few non facts about this training of the mind;

 

Yes, its roots are stemmed in Buddhist traditions and

No, it is not a religious practise of any kind.

It is a secular approach open to anyone.
